Final Harvest
Final Harvest is a ladies trio based in Rochester, NY and they still have dates available for 2017!!!! The message of Final Harvest: God will send to His Church an unquenchable fire. The wind of the Holy Spirit will cause it to burn hotter than on the day of Pentecost, and spread rapidly. It will spread with fury and devour all that is not holy. Then He will send the latter rain, wash away the dross, refresh and make new. The Glory of the Lord will be seen by the entire world and manifested through His Church. There begins the end time harvest.

Unity is a terrific family group from South Carolina.  There are a number of family groups in Southern Gospel Music and this one fits nicely into the long line of groups that have recently burst on the scene in the industry.

"One Of These Days" is an upbeat start to the project and a wonderful song you will enjoy.  "Going Home" is a well known name for a song but this is not the famous song by that title.  It is, however, a great song that will bless you.  Victoria Shirley is a group member that wrote several songs on this project including the next one titled "Have Faith," a great song about faith in Jesus Christ.  "In The Hands Of The Lord" picks up the tempo once again and the message is a great one reminding us that once we place our burden in the hand of the Lord, we can forget about it!  A terrific thought.

"I'll Sing A New Song" sounds like it was written back in the heyday of Southern Gospel Music.  It's an old-fashioned, traditional sounding song written by Victoria and performed perfectly by Unity.  "When He Comes Back" slows down the pace and holds within the words of the song a tremendous message.  The next song on the project is "By My Side" and it does a wonderful job of reminding us that God is always by our side.

"Reward Enough For Me" is a neat song that talks of the only reward we really need to see is Jesus' Face in Heaven.  The next song on the project is one of the few not written by a group member but this Mosie Lister song is one of my favorites.  "Til The Storm Passes By" is one of the great songs of encouragement ever written.  "One Day The Redeemed" is a fast paced song that you will enjoy.  The final song on the project is "The Greatest Man I Ever Knew."

Unity has a lot of talent in several areas.  They have songwriters in the group and obvious vocal talents as well.  I have listened to the project several times now and I enjoy it more every time.  My favorite songs from this project are "Til The Storm Passes By," "I'll Sing A New Song" and "Have Faith."  I recommend the project to anyone who enjoys good, family harmony and songs sung in a traditional Southern Gospel style.  For more information visit Unity's website at www.unitytheshirleys.com.
