Another one of the new artists that we recently received a project from is Jackie LeDuc.  Jackie is a female soloist that has recorded a good project that is likely to be enjoyed by many.

 

"Not Myself These Days" is an upbeat beginning to this project and you will enjoy the melody and the message of this song written by Kenna Turner.  "When He Sees Me" is the next song on the project and the message is a unique one that deserves a listen.  Things slow down tremendously as Jackie sings the song "Deliver Me From Myself" This song asks the Lord to save us from our sins and deliver us from ourselves.

 

The tempo quickens once again with a simply outstanding song titled "Everything's A Possibility."  This is another Kenna Turner song reminding us that with God anything is possible!  Great message and a great delivery of it by Jackie.  "I Surrender" is the title cut on the project and this Garry Sheppard song is a great message of surrendering fully to Christ.  "Little Miss Understanding" looks to be a fun song from the title and the song delivers a great message of how terribly a misunderstanding can affect people.  "Train Up This Child" is another slower melody and this song is all about children and the great promise in Proverbs.

 

"Heart To Heart" is the next song on the project and this song is followed by "Take Time To Pray."  I always love songs about prayer and the power of it and this song fits the bill.  It reminds us that no matter what we face, if we take the time to pray, we will find the answer.  I know many of us, including myself, can testify to the truth of this song.  The final song on the project is "I Will Trust You Lord" and it speaks of what trusting in the Lord will do in your life!

 

Jackie LeDuc is a new artist to us here at the Southern Gospel Music Forum but she is quickly becoming a favorite.  This project is very well produced and has a good selection of songs.  Jackie delivers the songs in a wonderful way with clarity and conviction.  My favorite songs from the project are "Take Time To Pray," "Everything's A Possibility" and "Deliver Me From Myself."  The entire project is simply terrific and I am happy to recommend it.  For more information on Jackie LeDuc, visit her website at http://www.jackieleduc.com/.
